Disputes and Severability
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Accreditor service, or to any products or services sold or distributed by Accreditor or through accreditor.org, will first be subject to attempted resolution by four hours of mediation, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
We each agree that any dispute proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than be settled through mediation, we each waive any right to a jury trial. We also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.
Should any court find any provision(s) of these terms and conditions invalid, that invalidity of such provision(s) shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions. If you have a subpoena to serve on Accreditor, please note that Accreditor does not accept service via e-mail or fax and will not respond to the subpoena.
